Ceramic floating control technology

     2, in the bar and was added fiber: fiber in the bar and stretch material can produce blocking effect and increase the role and use of floating, three roles overlay, which can produce good anti-floating effect. Therefore, the slurry can be stopped, and a certain amount of polypropylene fiber, vinylon fiber, adding an amount of 0.2 ~ 0.5kg/m3.
     3, in the bar, and the incorporation of light mineral materials: ceramic slurry density and the closer, the more difficult ceramic floating. In vivo incorporation of light mineral pulp slurry density can be reduced to narrow the ceramic slurry density difference. Light mineral optional floating beads, pumice, diatomaceous earth, sepiolite, etc.; light mineral should be carefully, fineness should be finer than 100 mesh.
     4, ceramic gradation, grain type continuous gradation of ceramic reduce float, so should be good  ceramic proppant  continuous gradation. In addition, the larger the particle size ceramic floating more serious, so the maximum size of not more than 20mm, small is good. Furthermore, the more sleek ceramic float more easily, so the requirements do not have too round ceramic shape too slippery and should be mixed with appropriate gravel-type ceramic, mitigate its float. There are stone type ceramic, and should be adopted. Very sleek ceramic strong contingent look good, but difficult to use, does not encourage the use.
